Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct site assessments and surveys to gather data for road design projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and environmental standards.
- Develop detailed road design plans using advanced software tools, focusing on safety, traffic flow, and durability.
- Collaborate with civil engineers and urban planners to integrate road designs into broader infrastructure projects, enhancing community connectivity.
- Perform traffic analysis and modeling to predict road usage patterns and optimize design for current and future demands.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a focus on transportation engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification is highly desirable, demonstrating credibility and expertise in the field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in road design, with a proven track record of successful projects.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design software is essential for producing high-quality design plans.
