Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the software sector.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, technical) to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management.

Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at senior levels.
  • Deep understanding of software solutions, licensing models, and enterprise sales cycles.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 8 years of experience in software sales within established software companies based in KSA

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus).
