Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and ensure complete follow-up of the sales cycle: order, delivery, invoicing.
Ensure the interface between the sales team, logistics, finance, and clients.
Guarantee product availability and reliability of stock information.
Produce sales reports and dashboards.
Implement and improve sales administration procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bac +3 Bac +5 in commerce, management, administration or logistics.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales administration, ideally in distribution.
- Excellent command of IT tools (Excel, ERP, CRM).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
