Job Description

A Senior Sales Associate who is fluent in Arabic is needed to enhance our sales team and drive market growth. This role involves cultivating and maintaining relationships with key Arabic-speaking clients, providing them with unparalleled service, and contributing to the ongoing success of our business. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to strategically negotiate to close deals efficiently. This position requires a motivated individual who is capable of working autonomously while also collaborating effectively with the broader sales team. By leveraging linguistic prowess and sales expertise, the Senior Sales Associate will play a pivotal role in reaching our business goals and expanding our presence within Arabic-speaking markets.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and sustain relationships with key Arabic-speaking clients for business growth.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities by understanding industry trends and client needs.
  • Conduct market research to align sales strategies with current market demands.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support in sales processes.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients in Arabic.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently with Arabic-speaking stakeholders.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of sales leads and client interactions.
  • Provide after-sales support to clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Track and report on sales performance, ensuring targets and objectives are met.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for Arabic markets.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to network and promote products.
  • Continuously update personal sales knowledge and skills through workshops and seminars.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar sales role.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English, with strong written communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for developing professional relationships.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend events.
