Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the residential and commercial pump industry sector.
  • Coordinate and conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding pumps and pump systems, including industry trends and new product developments.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to tailor solutions to meet customer needs effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver technical sales proposals and contract negotiations.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers in target markets.
  • Achieve sales targets and quotas to drive company revenue growth.
  • Focus on Sales Target : may be 3 to 5 M AED.

Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical assistance and product education

Desired Candidate Profile

Senior Sales Engineer/Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their specific needs, and providing solutions that align with our product offerings.

This position requires a strong technical background in pumps and pump systems, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for identifying opportunities for growth.
