Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and target new clients within the HORECA industry (hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses) through research, networking, and referrals or past relationships
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring continuous engagement to understand and fulfill their business needs.
Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients, highlighting key benefits and features to drive interest and sales.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring all agreements are mutually beneficial.
Collaborate internally with relevant departments to ensure the timely delivery of products, resolve client issues, and offer post-sales support.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Create and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
Prepare and submit sales reports regularly, detailing sales activities, client feedback, and insights into market trends for review by the Department Head.
Must have Experience in selling Beverages, Beverage Solutions, Asian Products and Ice Cream
Ensure for collection for payments from the customers
Desired Candidate Profile
Must have 5- 10 years of experience in sales within the F&B industry in Qatar
Proven track record in sales within the HORECA industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to adapt sales strategies based on market trends and customer needs.
Experience in selling beverages, asian foods or ice cream or related products is a plus
Arabic Speaker is a plus
