Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new clients within the HORECA industry (hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses) through research, networking, and referrals or past relationships

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring continuous engagement to understand and fulfill their business needs.

  • Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients, highlighting key benefits and features to drive interest and sales.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring all agreements are mutually beneficial.

  • Collaborate internally with relevant departments to ensure the timely delivery of products, resolve client issues, and offer post-sales support.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

  • Create and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.

  • Prepare and submit sales reports regularly, detailing sales activities, client feedback, and insights into market trends for review by the Department Head.

    • Must have Experience in selling Beverages, Beverage Solutions, Asian Products and Ice Cream

    • Ensure for collection for payments from the customers

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Must have 5- 10 years of experience in sales within the F&B industry in Qatar

  • Proven track record in sales within the HORECA industry.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Ability to adapt sales strategies based on market trends and customer needs.

  • Experience in selling beverages, asian foods or ice cream or related products is a plus

  • Arabic Speaker is a plus
