Roles & Responsibilities

We are representing a leading Consumer Electronics Principal Company, a market leader in its category, seeking to hire a Senior Sales Executive – IAQ for their Electrical and Construction Solutions Division. This role is based in Dubai and focuses on driving revenue growth and strengthening brand presence across both projects and trade channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and developers to ensure product specification and generate business.
  • Develop, monitor, and convert project pipelines into confirmed orders.
  • Manage channel partners, dealers, and retailers to expand market reach and drive brand visibility.
  • Conduct market surveys, implement trade promotions, and support new product introductions.
  • Achieve sales targets while ensuring profitability and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in sales within IAQ, Electrical, HVAC, or Building Solutions segments.
  • Strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and distributors in the UAE market.
  • Demonstrated success in channel management, project sales, and market expansion.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and business development skills.
  • Based in or open to relocation to Dubai.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration (preferred). Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of relevant sales experience. Location: Dubai, UAE
