Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Introduce new products to customers, coordinate trials and follow up to ensure successful implementation.
  • Conduct regular customer visits across GCC countries and address their technical requirements.
  • Provide customers with updates on newly launched or upcoming products in the market.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to enhance the company’s competitiveness.
  • Identify and explore new market opportunities to expand the business footprint.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the Sales Manager & Business Director in handling customer calls, inquiries and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, production, logistics) to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to increase brand awareness and sales.
  • Manage colour matching/sample development requests from various customers and ensure the timely submission of colour matching samples.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Paint Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the paint, coatings, or chemical industry.
  • Hands-on experience dealing with industrial customers in the GCC market..
  • Strategic thinking and market analysis and updates.
  • Enquiry follow up, negotiation and order closing skills.
  • Team collaboration with R&D and Technical Service.
  • Self-driven and target-oriented.
  • High integrity and professional ethics are a must.
  • Strong understanding of paint and coating products.
  • Proven track record in sales development, customer relationship management and achieving sales targets.
