Job Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious Senior Sales Executive to lead and expand our business in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, confidence in handling B2B and B2C clients, and the ability to effectively communicate the value of technical inspection services. This role works closely with the operations and finance teams.

Main responsibilities:

Managing the entire sales cycle in the UAE, from dealing with potential customers to closing deals.

Developing new business opportunities with developers, project managers, facility managers, consultants, and homeowners.

Follow up with potential customers daily and maintain an active sales line.

Preparing customer offers in coordination with the operations department.

Attending meetings, site visits, and client presentations.

Maintaining CRM records and providing weekly and monthly sales performance reports.

Support marketing activities with information and participate in industry events when needed.

Requirements:

5 to 7 years of experience in real estate, construction, or technical services.

Strong knowledge of the UAE market.

Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.

A valid UAE driving license.
