Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts for
TabSense products.
Build and manage a high-value sales pipeline with a strong closing rate.
Develop strategic approaches to target high-potential customers and key
decision-makers.
Lead product demonstrations, negotiations, and contract closures.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to refine sales
strategies.
Mentor junior sales executives, providing training and guidance to improve their
performance.
Collaborate closely with the sales team leader to enhance processes, pricing strategies,
and product bundling.
Deep understanding of the technical onboarding process, integrations, and hardware
setups to provide consultative sales solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s or Master s degree in business administration, Information Technology,
Computer Science, or equivalent.
4+ years of experience in SaaS sales, POS, or related software solutions.
Proven track record as a top performer with strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to manage and nurture long-term client relationships.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior sales executives.
Must have a valid driving license and own a car.
Passionate about technology and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
