Roles & Responsibilities

We are a Freight recruitment firm based in Dubai. We have a Business Development/ Sales role for one of our clients in KSA which is a global freight forwarding company.


Responsible for bringing on and maintaining a book of business as well as growing import/export sales in Air/Ocean internationally.


  • Develop new business through research, prospecting, and qualifying new opportunities. This will include customer visits & developing relationships within the defined geographical area.

  • Successfully close new business and onboard new clients.

  • Increase market share within the existing client base.

  • Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

  • Work with the Pricing team on client pricing strategies and customer rate quotes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience in business development in the freight forwarding industry.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Achieve GP minimum 3-4 times of your target salary.

  • Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in freight forwarding Sales (Air, Sea & Express).

  • Must have existing customer base from the respective market.

  • An understanding of logistics operations and Freight industry, products & services.

  • Valid Driving License is a must.
