Position Overview
Talabat is seeking Senior Sales Executives in Dubai, UAE to drive sales growth in the Non-Food Vertical. This role focuses on acquiring new clients, managing relationships, and achieving sales targets by executing strategic plans, presenting proposals, and ensuring smooth onboarding of vendors onto the Talabat platform.

What You ll Do

* Submit sales plans in line with business objectives
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and prospects
* Engage with leads provided by the lead generation team and convert them into sales
* Conduct client meetings and calls to promote products and brand awareness
* Follow up with potential clients who have shown interest but not yet purchased
* Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and onboard clients
* Encourage shops to upload menus and logos on the Talabat platform
* Collect details on delivery areas, charges, and payment methods from vendors
* Implement promotions, coupons, and vouchers to drive sales growth
* Encourage vendors to adopt online payment gateway subscriptions
* Maintain comprehensive reporting on sales calls, contracts, expenses, and meetings

Candidate Requirements

* Bachelor s degree in any discipline
* 2 4 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, e-commerce, or retail sectors
* Proven ability to analyze sales data and develop tailored solutions
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Customer-focused with ability to build and maintain relationships
* Flexible and adaptable in fast-paced environments
