Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain strong client relationships to maximize revenue opportunities.
* Identify and secure new business in corporate, leisure, and group/MICE segments.
* Conduct site visits, client entertainment activities, and proactive sales calls.
* Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue teams to align sales strategies.
* Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and account performance updates.
* Represent the hotel at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
* Ensure alignment with Holiday Inn brand standards and guest satisfaction objectives.

Ideal Profile

* Proven track record in hotel sales management, preferably with international brands.
* Familiarity with IHG systems and standards is an advantage.
* Currently based in the UAE with a strong market network.
* Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver under pressure.
* Strong commercial acumen and a passion for hospitality sales.
