Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Identify and secure new business in corporate, leisure, and group/MICE segments.
- Conduct site visits, client entertainment activities, and proactive sales calls.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue teams to align sales strategies.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and account performance updates.
- Represent the hotel at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Ensure alignment with Holiday Inn brand standards and guest satisfaction objectives.
Skills Set
- Business development and key account management.
- Sales forecasting and pipeline management.
- Negotiation and contract closing.
- MICE and corporate sales expertise.
- Presentation and networking skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
- Proven track record in hotel sales management, preferably with international brands.
- Familiarity with IHG systems and standards is an advantage.
- Currently based in the UAE with a strong market network.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver under pressure.
- Strong commercial acumen and a passion for hospitality sales.
