Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within the software industry.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Develop and execute effective sales and commercial strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements to ensure profitable outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams ( Marketing, Product, and Delivery) to align solutions with client needs.
- Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and analyze competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, track performance, and provide regular reports to management.
- Optimize sales processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 8+ years of experience in sales or commercial roles within the software industry.
- Proven experience as a Commercial Manager, Sales Manager, or Senior Sales role.
- Strong understanding of software solutions, technology trends, and enterprise sales cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in market expansion and team leadership is highly preferred.
