Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within the software industry.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Develop and execute effective sales and commercial strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements to ensure profitable outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams ( Marketing, Product, and Delivery) to align solutions with client needs.
  • Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and analyze competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, track performance, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Optimize sales processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

  • 8+ years of experience in sales or commercial roles within the software industry.
  • Proven experience as a Commercial Manager, Sales Manager, or Senior Sales role.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions, technology trends, and enterprise sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience in market expansion and team leadership is highly preferred.
