Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Independently source broker and direct client network
  • Meet and exceed assigned targets and KPIs
  • Effectively consult with potential clients and advising on various aspects of the project in the line with their requirements
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Finalise the terms of an agreement and closing sales for team
  • Keep abreast of ;local zoning laws, financing institution, residency and commercial procedures and other concerns of the client with regards to the sale of property to ensure smooth sale transaction
  • Analyze client's requirements as per their preference of properties and be effectively able to read between lines and cater the premium requirements
  • Participate in the professional events;
  • Interact with colleague and others department

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Location: currently living in UAE
  • More than 2 years of experience in real estate sales in UAE ( Development experience would be a huge +)
  • Knowledge of the Real Estate market is mandatory
  • Understands the value of commissions more than the salary itself
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Valid UAE Driving license
  • Fluency in English ( Multilingual is +)
