Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets for oil and lubricants.
Identify and pursue new B2B and B2C customers in the automotive, industrial, and transport sectors.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct regular visits to customers to promote products, negotiate terms, and close sales.
Provide technical product knowledge and support to customers.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales tactics as needed.
Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and customer service.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Business, or a related field .
Minimum 3 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on oil, lubricants, or automotive products.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of lubricants and oil products, their applications, and market dynamics.
