Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Develop and execute national sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
  • Drive sales forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management
  • Understand market trends, competitive landscape, and pricing strategies
  • Manage strategic hospital accounts and high-value stakeholders
  • Lead product launches and market access initiatives
  • Deliver executive-level sales reports and business insights.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • 10+ years in MedTech sales (Surgical/OR products required)
  • People management experience is a must at least of 5 direct reports
  • Deep knowledge of UAE healthcare system, reimbursement models, and tender processes
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (forecasting, data analysis) and PowerPoint (executive presentations)
  • Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and leadership skills
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
