Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Develop and maintain custom Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and integrations with other systems.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement and maintain robust unit tests and perform code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize business impact.
- Design and implement data migration strategies, ensuring data integrity and efficient data handling within Salesforce.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and technologies, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
