Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions, specifically focusing on Customer Checkout (CCO) and related modules.
  • Develop and maintain .NET applications, ensuring seamless integration with SAP and CCO systems to enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into technical specifications for SAP and .NET development.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, guiding them on best practices for SAP, CCO, and .NET development.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Key Responsibilities

    • NET Development (50–60%)

    · Design, develop and maintain .NET / C# applications supporting retail and SAP integrations

    · Build Web APIs for Mobile applications

    · Develop Windows services, background jobs, and utility tools

    · Ensure application performance, security and scalability

    · Debug, optimize and enhance existing applications

    • SAP Customer Checkout (CCO)

    · Develop and customize SAP Customer Checkout (CCO) extensions and plugins

    · Integrate CCO with SAP Business One

    · Support POS processes such as sales, returns, pricing and promotions.

    · Troubleshoot CCO issues related to synchronization, performance and store operations

    · Support POS rollouts, upgrades and store deployments

    • Database & Integration

    · Work with SQL Server and SAP Hana (queries, stored procedures etc.)

    · Ensure accurate data synchronization between POS and SAP backend systems

    • Support & Collaboration

    · Collaborate with SAP functional teams, IT support, and retail operations

    · Provide production support during critical business hours and store activities

    · Prepare technical documentation and deployment notes

    Note : Only Experience in SAP & CCO (Customer Checkout)

    Location: DIP Office 2 (Dubai). Occasional business travel to Saudi Arabia and Oman may be required based on operational needs.
