Design, implement, and manage the integration of systems and services across multiple platforms, using API management platforms to ensure seamless data exchange and reliable integration in complex technical environments.

Leading and facilitating the application of Agile/Scrum methodologies within work teams, and ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery of products in large and complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and facilitate all Scrum activities (Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective).

Remove obstacles facing the team and ensure work continuity.

Support teams in implementing Agile best practices.

Coordinate with Product Owners and stakeholders.

Monitor work progress and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Improve team performance and increase adherence to the methodology.

Design and implement system and application integration solutions.

Develop and manage integration interfaces using APIs and the Apigee platform.

Integrate enterprise and complex systems.

Analyze and transform integration requirements.

Essential Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master role.

Proven experience managing Agile teams on large and complex projects.

Deep understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.

Excellent facilitation and communication skills.

Experience working with multidisciplinary technical teams.

Agile/Scrum certifications are an asset.
