In a fully remote role within the telecommunications and fiber-optic industry, we are actively seeking a ServiceNow Support Engineer to strengthen our long-term project team. You will be working with a fast-growing client that is shaping the future of digital infrastructure across Germany.

This is the team

You ll become a key member of an experienced, cross-functional support and operations team focused on ensuring the stability and performance of a tailored ServiceNow implementation. The team collaborates closely with the client's internal stakeholders to continuously optimize service processes and system functionalities.

This is you

  • Proven experience in supporting and configuring the ServiceNow platform
  • Deep expertise with the following mandatory ServiceNow modules:
    • Field Service Management (FSM)
    • Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
    • Technology Business Management (TBNI)
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive attitude
  • Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Familiarity with additional ServiceNow modules:
    • IT Operations Management (ITOM)
    • Customer Service Management (CSM)
    • Operational Technology Management (OTM)
  • ITIL knowledge or certification
  • Experience in supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments

This is your role

  • Provide L2/L3 support for existing ServiceNow modules (FSM, PPM, TBNI)
  • Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and apply timely fixes or workarounds
  • Collaborate with development and functional teams for enhancements and releases
  • Support testing and deployment of system updates and new functionalities
  • Ensure documentation of solutions, configurations, and processes
