Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for building, managing, and closing a qualified sales pipeline focused on custom software development, outsourcing, system integration, and professional services.
This attaching importance is placed on government accounts, RFP-driven opportunities, and complex enterprise sales cycles.
This is a hunter-led role with full accountability for opportunity creation and deal execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and closure
- Proactively generate leads through targeted outreach, networking, partner engagement, and market presence
- Build and maintain a structured sales pipeline aligned with company growth objectives
- Engage with government entities, authorities, ministries, and large enterprises
- Lead RFPs, RFQs, and tenders, including opportunity assessment, coordination, and submission
- Understand client operational and business challenges and translate them into tailored software and professional services solutions
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams to shape solutions, scope, pricing, and commercial offers
- Ensure proposals and commercial terms align with government procurement frameworks and enterprise buying processes
- Track sales activities, pipeline health, and forecasts, reporting directly to company leadership
- Contribute to refining target sectors, value propositions, and go-to-market approach
Desired Candidate Profile
5 8 years of experience in software and professional services sales
- Proven background selling custom software, outsourcing, system integration, or professional services (not product or license-only sales)
- Hands-on experience working with government or public sector clients, including RFP-based engagements
- Strong hunter mentality with demonstrated outbound prospecting and opportunity creation
- Experience managing long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Solid understanding of software delivery models and consultative selling
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in services-driven environments
