Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow architecture, governance, and delivery for a multinational Oil & Gas organization in the UAE within a SAFe and CoE-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead end-to-end ServiceNow architecture, standards, governance, and scalability
• Oversee CoE domains including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, HRSD, WSD & AI
• Lead Architecture Review Boards and govern Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
• Design integrated multi-domain ServiceNow solutions and enterprise data strategies
• Drive CMDB/CSDM adoption and platform roadmap initiatives
• Architect integrations across SAP, HR, Finance, Security & Cloud platforms
• Define REST/SOAP API and event-driven integration architecture
• Provide SAFe architectural leadership, PI Planning, and delivery alignment
• Ensure security, compliance, risk mitigation, and platform sustainability
• Mentor architects and collaborate with senior business & IT stakeholders

Technical Requirements

• ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (HAM/SAM Pro), SecOps, HRSD, WSD, ServiceNow AI/GenAI, App Engine & CSDM
• Strong expertise in CMDB, CSDM, enterprise data strategy & cross-module integrations
• Experience integrating SAP, HR, Finance, Security & enterprise platforms
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architecture, and CI/CD governance
• Experience in instance strategy, release governance, upgrades & platform lifecycle management
• Knowledge of ServiceNow AI capabilities and GenAI integrations within enterprise workflows
