Role OverviewStellar Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Azure Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in architecting enterprise-grade applications, modernizing legacy systems, and designing secure, scalable, and resilient Azure architectures.This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and ensure successful solution delivery for enterprise clients across multiple industries.Key Responsibilities Azure Architecture & Solution DesignLead end-to-end solution architecture for cloud transformations on Azure.Design and implement Azure Landing Zones, Virtual Networks (VNETs), and hybrid connectivity models (VPN, ExpressRoute).Define and document technical architecture for IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS deployments.Develop scalable multi-region and high-availability architectures aligned with Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF). Cloud Migration & ModernizationLead migration of applications and data from on-premises or other clouds to Azure.Utilize Azure Migrate and Azure DevOps for modernization and CI/CD pipeline management.Recommend containerization strategies (AKS, Docker) and serverless solutions (Azure Functions, Logic Apps).Ensure cost optimization and resource governance using Azure Cost Management and Advisor. Security & GovernanceDefine and enforce Azure security policies and governance frameworks.Implement Azure Active Directory (AD), RBAC, Conditional Access, and Key Vault integration.Conduct security assessments and ensure compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, and UAE PDPL. Integration & DevOpsDesign APIs and integrations using Azure API Management, Service Bus, and Event Grid.Implement DevOps practices using Azure DevOps, Terraform, and Bicep for IaC.Oversee end-to-end CI/CD processes, test automation, and deployment strategies. Technical Leadership & CollaborationAct as a technical advisor to executive stakeholders and engineering teams.Lead architecture reviews and provide mentorship to development teams.Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to translate business goals into technical solutions.Drive innovation by evaluating emerging Azure services and industry trends.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.10 + years of overall IT experience, with 5 + years focused on Azure architecture and cloud solution design.Proven experience in:Designing Azure Landing Zones and enterprise network topologies.Azure compute (AVDs, App Services, VMs, Functions).Azure storage (Blob, Files, Cosmos DB, SQL Database).Azure integration (Service Bus, Event Grid, Logic Apps).Azure monitoring and logging (Monitor, App Insights, Log Analytics).Familiar with microservices architecture, Kubernetes (AKS), and API gateway implementation.Preferred CertificationsMicrosoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305).Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert.Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900).Soft SkillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership and team mentoring capabilities.Effective communication and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.Adaptability and ownership mindset in a dynamic client environment.Job Category: Solutions ArchitectJob Type: Full TimeJob Location: Dubai
