Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What You ll Do
- Lead Martech initiatives, testing and implementing new product features in Braze
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and CRM teams to ensure smooth technology rollouts
- Explore, test, and onboard new CRM channels including WhatsApp, RCS, push notifications, and email
- Manage CRM feature request intake and ensure alignment with business strategy
- Validate deep links, tracking, and data connections between Braze, CDP, and BigQuery
- Oversee CRM data ingestion, segmentation, and activation processes
- Monitor performance and optimize CRM automation for personalization and efficiency
- Conduct quality assurance on CRM integrations to ensure accuracy and functionality
- Act as Martech consultant within CRM, ensuring best practices are applied
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM, Martech, or Marketing Automation
- Strong expertise in Braze and BigQuery
- Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams on Martech integrations
- Technical knowledge of deep linking, API integrations, and CRM data flows
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for ensuring data integrity
- Familiarity with evaluating and implementing new CRM channels
- Proven project management skills with ability to track performance and deliver innovation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
