In this role, your key responsibilities include :
Launch and manage acquisitions, attrition, deepening and cross-sell campaigns along with tracking effectiveness of marketing/sales programmes and campaigns launched to build market share through positive customer experience and drive desired Net Promoter Score (NPS) behaviour, working closely with other business segments for seamless integration of customer segments and to track competition for new product introduction and changes in pricing
Develop and streamline various business Management Information System (MIS) reports along with administrative support and assistance to the line manager and colleagues on a wide range of assigned tasks ensuring accurate reporting to support the business area
Contribute to the preparation of the business area’s budget and manage and monitor the financial performance against the budget so that areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, rectified promptly and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalised upon
Identify opportunities to contribute to organisational and departmental change initiatives, programmes and projects taking into account best practice and standards in the business environment
Recommend and implement improvements to departmental policies, procedures and processes covering all areas of activity so that all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled while ensuring that ADCB delivers best-in-class services, products and innovation
Manage self in line with the Bank’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own contribution to business performance

The ideal candidate should have the following experience
At least 5 years of relevant Banking/financial services experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance or Economics
In depth technical knowledge of Retail Banking products and services
Numerical and financial analysis skills
