Job Title: Senior Strategic Marketing Leader / Consultant (Freelance – 3-Month Contract)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Type: Contract / Freelance (3 Months)


Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced strategic marketing leader for a 3-month advisory assignment, working directly with the Chairman and leadership team on key growth initiatives. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong commercial vision, business transformation expertise, and the ability to guide executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of marketing and expansion strategies for the UAE and other international markets

  • Create a strategic roadmap for growth and diversification initiatives

  • Define the people, structure, and capabilities required for implementation

  • Present strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in senior leadership roles such as CMO, Marketing Director, Strategy Director, Growth Leader, or Executive Consultant

  • Strong track record in business growth, market expansion, and strategic transformation

  • Experience across the UAE and international markets

  • Exposure to new ventures is an advantage

  • Strong executive presence, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

  • Min 15 years of relevant experience preferred
