Perform all related welding activities on-board and workshop in a safe manner to meet project targets,

Key Accountabilities:

Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard procedures, and instructions to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

1. Guide the. welders regarding the safe execution of welding jobs with required quality.
2. Assist to group leader/ supervisors for proper planning of resources
3. Perform welding and grinding jobs according to the required procedures, ensuring safety and quality.
4. Maintain housekeeping of the workplace to the required standards.
5. Ensure appropriate use of tools and machinery, preventing excessive wear, tear, and breakdowns.
6. Prevent wastage of materials and welding consumables, and report any malfunction of tools and machinery to the immediate supervisor.
7. Take initiative to pursue self-development through on-the-job training and education.
8. Follow day-to-day operations related to your own job to ensure continuity of work.
