Roles & Responsibilities
What you ll do:
- Manage and maintain enterprise systems, servers, and virtual environments
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and security
- Support infrastructure upgrades, patching, and optimization
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and incidents
- Collaborate with network, cloud, and cybersecurity teams
Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal profile:
- Strong experience in systems engineering or infrastructure administration
- Expertise in Windows/Linux servers and virtualization technologies
- Experience with VMware, Active Directory, backup, and monitoring tools
- Strong troubleshooting and technical documentation skills
- UAE experience is mandatory
