Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sourcing, job advertising, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple industries, including Oil & Gas and IT. This role requires a proactive professional with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to attract top talent within the UAE market. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates Handle job postings across multiple platforms and ensure strong employer branding Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates efficiently Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements Utilize various sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job portals, databases, etc.) Ensure timely and quality delivery of candidates Maintain accurate recruitment reports and trackers Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment At least 2 years of experience in the UAE market Strong experience in sourcing CVs, especially for technical roles Experience hiring for Oil & Gas, IT, and other industries Previous experience in a recruitment agency is highly preferred Fluent in English (spoken and written) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Preferred Skills: Advanced sourcing techniques and headhunting skills Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools Strong networking abilities

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Technical Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with a strong focus on technical roles.

  • Market Exposure: At least 2 years of direct experience within the UAE market is essential for understanding local recruitment dynamics.

  • Industry Versatility: Proven track record of hiring for specialized sectors, specifically Oil & Gas and IT, as well as other diverse industries.

  • Agency Background: Candidates with previous experience in a recruitment agency are highly preferred due to the fast-paced nature of the role.

  • End-to-End Management: Ability to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial sourcing and job advertising to final onboarding.

  • Sourcing & Headhunting: Advanced skills in using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and databases to identify and attract "Game-Changer" talent.

  • Employer Branding: Skilled in handling job postings across multiple platforms to maintain and enhance strong employer branding.

  • Data-Driven Recruitment: Proficient in maintaining accurate recruitment reports and trackers to ensure quality delivery and process transparency.

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both spoken and written) to interact with diverse candidates and stakeholders.

  • Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills to work closely with hiring managers and understand complex job requirements.
