Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

On Recruitment & Selection

  • Partner with Managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and competency expectations, ensuring clarity and alignment from the outset
  • Develop and maintain Job Descriptions that reflect organizational standards, role expectations, and evolving competency frameworks
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for complex, senior, and specialized roles, ensuring a consistent and professional candidate journey
  • Apply diverse sourcing strategies across multiple channels to reach broad and relevant talent pools
  • Conduct structured, competency-based interviews, evaluate candidates objectively, and complete thorough reference checks
  • Build and sustain strong talent pipelines for critical, niche, and succession-linked roles to support long-term workforce planning
  • Safeguard a streamlined recruitment cycle that upholds quality-of-hire principles, strengthens the candidate experience, and supports employer brand positioning

On On-Boarding & New Joiners' Experience

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define onboarding objectives and ensure readiness ahead of each new joiner s arrival
  • Plan and lead onboarding sessions and one-on-one touchpoints designed to create an engaging and smooth early employee experience
  • Monitor newcomers adjustment throughout the onboarding period, proactively identifying needs and addressing concerns with discretion and care
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for new employees, promoting a welcoming environment and facilitating successful integration
  • Conduct exit interviews within 48 hours, analyze insights, and recommend constructive improvements that enhance overall employee experience

On Internal Mobility

  • Assess internal candidates for open roles using structured criteria that consider competencies, readiness, and evolving business needs
  • Maintain visibility over internal talent pools to support transparent mobility decisions and succession planning

On Employer Branding & Academic Engagement

  • Cultivate strong relationships with academic institutions, career centers, and relevant professional networks to enhance talent visibility and attract diverse profiles
  • Participate in academic engagements, outreach events, and professional forums that reinforce Malia s positioning as a credible and connected employer
  • Ensure talent-related communication and messaging reflect EVP standards, organizational values, and a cohesive employer narrative
  • Represent Malia Group externally with professionalism and consistency to strengthen credibility and alignment with evolving talent needs

On Employee Relations

  • Receive and treat employee comments, concerns, or grievances, particularly during onboarding and early employment phases;
  • Conduct initial assessment of the situation to understand context, impact, and root causes
  • Share grievances' findings with concerned stakeholders and the HR team along with recommended solutions, next steps, and a proposed way forward
  • Monitor actions tied to onboarding and early experience to help foster a positive and supportive work environment

On Reporting & TA Projects

  • Support the preparation of TA dashboards, talent analytics, and monthly executive reporting
  • Contribute to the development of the annual Talent Acquisition Business Plan
  • Participate in cross-functional TA projects including succession planning support, outreach initiatives, TA process enhancements, and competency framework implementation

Desired Candidate Profile

- Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, ensuring a seamless candidate journey through strategic sourcing, competency-based assessments, and proactive talent pipelining. Supports a structured onboarding experience, provides continuous newcomer follow-up, and identifies internal mobility opportunities aligned with business needs.

- Enhance Malia s employer presence through academic engagement and external representation, ensuring alignment with EVP and TA priorities. Contributes to TA reporting and strategic projects that strengthen recruitment efficiency, employee experience, and long-term talent readiness.

- Perform duties in accordance with Malia Group Policies and Procedures.
