Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide complex UAE Corporate Tax and VAT advisory services to clients across various industries

  • Review and finalize Corporate Tax computations, VAT returns, and FTA filings

  • Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax Law, FTA regulations, and related guidance

  • Handle tax audits, assessments, reconsideration requests, and FTA correspondence

  • Advise clients on tax planning, business structuring, Free Zone taxation, and tax optimization

  • Review contracts, transactions, and financial arrangements for tax implications

  • Support transfer pricing, cross-border transactions, and group tax matters

  • Coordinate with accounting, audit, and finance teams for tax reporting and compliance

  • Stay updated on UAE tax laws, Cabinet Decisions, and FTA public clarifications

  • Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on complex tax matters


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5+ years of UAE taxation experience with strong Corporate Tax exposure

  • Proven experience in handling complex UAE tax advisory assignments independently

  • Strong knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, Free Zone taxation, and FTA regulations

  • Qualification preferred: CA / ACCA / CPA / CMA or equivalent professional certification
