Roles & Responsibilities

  • Missions
  • Ensure the management of administrative personnel files (employment contracts, leave, disciplinary files, training, etc.)
  • Establish decisions confirming termination of the employment relationship, upon receipt of the opinion of line managers, concerning the trial period,
  • Prepare installation reports.
  • Maintain a staff schedule chart.
  • Ensure compliance of staff administrative files.
  • Ensure the preparation and operation of payroll, processing of complaints following anomalies.
  • Establish the HR dashboard and make it available to the manager of the structure (staff movement, payroll and personnel costs, overtime, absenteeism, work accidents, etc.)
  • Maintain mandatory regulatory registers.
  • Ensure the relationship with occupational health, monitoring of regulatory medical coverage, systematic periodic visits.
  • Handle disciplinary matters (formal notices, questionnaires, etc.)
  • Prepare social and tax declarations.
  • Have the information necessary to maintain working relationships with the various departments.
  • Communication skills and human relations skills.
  • Analyze and synthesize administrative and relational information.
  • Communicate the right information to the right people at the right time.
  • Report on your activities to your line manager and write your work report.
  • Building relationships of trust with external organizations (labor inspectorate, ANEM, CNAS, CACOBATPH, etc.)
  • Evaluate and optimize the means to be used in carrying out one's work.
