Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) solutions for enterprise-level applications.
Develop and optimize data ingestion pipelines, parsing, and transformation processes.
Create and manage Kibana dashboards for monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
Ensure scalability, availability, and performance of ELK solutions in production environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ELK with various banking applications.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to log management, monitoring, and analytics.
Implement security and compliance measures aligned with banking standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
6+ years of experience in technology engineering, with at least 3+ years in ELK stack.
Strong knowledge of Elasticsearch architecture, index management, and query optimization.
Hands-on experience with Logstash pipelines, Beats, and Kibana visualizations.
Proficiency in Linux, shell scripting, and automation tools.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong understanding of security, compliance, and performance tuning in a banking/financial domain.

Preferred Skills:
Exposure to monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk.
Knowledge of DevOps pipelines and CI/CD practices.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations in banking.
