Roles & Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the end to end technology strategy aligned with business growth.
  • Lead cross functional product squads delivering scalable apps, APIs, and fintech solutions.
  • Oversee cloud native infrastructure, DevSecOps, and 24/7 service operations.
  • Drive innovation through agile experimentation, platform reuse, and partner integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with central bank and regional regulatory frameworks.
  • Act as a key advisor to executive leadership and board committees on technology risk, resilience, and platform evolution.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing, multi-country engineering organisation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 15+ years of technology leadership experience, with 5-7 years in fintech, payments, or digital banking.
  • Proven track record in scaling engineering teams and building cloud native platforms.
  • Proven ability to build and operate platforms within regulated environments (payments, lending, data privacy).
  • Hands on, proactive approach with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
  • UAE market experience is essential.
