Job Scope

We are seeking a Senior Tender Coordinator to coordinate the end-to-end tendering process. This includes the preparation and submission of tender documents, coordination of quotations and order follow-ups, and ensuring full compliance with client specifications and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Prepare and submit tender documents, contract files, and product samples as required.
• Coordinate the full tendering process for government and non-government platforms, ensuring compliance with regulatory and client requirements.
• Receive, prepare, and process quotation and purchase order requests in collaboration with the Sales Department, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs.
• Maintain a comprehensive and updated database of products, pricing history, item specifications/ registration and previous tender submissions.
• Conduct regular price and market analysis to track trends, identify discrepancies, and support cost optimization.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with concentration or accounting or finance.
• Minimum experience of 3 years in tendering or sales coordination or related Field
• Familiarity with government tendering platforms (e.g., NUPCO, Etimad)
