What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Trade Platform Administrator, you will be responsible for the installation,

configuration, and maintenance of our trading platforms (MT4, MT5, cTrader), ensuring

their optimal performance and availability. You will be part of the Trading Desk team

and work closely with our IT to manage platform infrastructure, troubleshoot issues,

and ensure the seamless execution of trades. Your knowledge of Windows

administration, networking, and scripting will be critical in supporting platform

operations and enhancements.

What We’re Looking For:

● Install, configure, and maintain MT4, MT5, cTrader, and servers and their

associated components to ensure high availability, performance, and stability.

● Administer financial instruments by setting up, configuring, and maintaining new

and existing products across trading platforms.

● Collaborate closely with IT, Risk, and Development teams to support system

integration, platform enhancements, and the rollout of new trading products and

features.

● Monitor the health and performance of trading platforms, performing routine

checks, backups, and system diagnostics to ensure operational continuity.

● Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to trading platforms,

coordinating with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders as required.

● Conduct regular system audits and proactive health checks to identify and

mitigate performance bottlenecks and potential risks.

● Manage and maintain Windows-based server environments, ensuring system

security, efficiency, and compliance with internal standards.

● Develop and implement scripting solutions (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) to automate

recurring tasks, monitoring functions, and platform maintenance routines.

● Support and optimize the underlying network infrastructure to meet platform

performance requirements, with a focus on low-latency execution and secure

connectivity.

● Maintain comprehensive documentation for platform configurations,

administrative procedures, and technical troubleshooting guidelines.

● Stay up to date with platform updates, emerging technologies, and industry best

practices to ensure adherence to current technical standards and regulatory

expectations.

Skills & Qualifications:

● Education: BSc or MSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a

related field.

● Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the financial

services or trading industry.

● Trading Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with MetaTrader 4/5

(MT4/MT5) and cTrader platform administration.

● Technical Integration & Architecture: Strong expertise in MT4/MT5 platform

integration, including server administration, gateway architecture, server

migrations, and bridging technologies such as OneZero / Yourbourse.

● Certification: MetaTrader 5 Administrator Certification from MetaQuotes is

considered a strong asset.

● System Administration: Experience managing Windows-based servers in

high-availability, low-latency trading environments.

● Automation & Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell

or Bash for automation and task scheduling.

● Networking: Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including

troubleshooting connectivity issues and optimizing for performance.

● Data Skills: Familiarity with big data environments and experience in data

analysis using languages such as SQL and Python.

● Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,

with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical

teams.
