Senior UI/UX Designer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Executes all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering, following our internal procedures.
• Conceptualizes original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks.
• Collaborate with the design team, project managers, marketers, and clients to achieve the best design concepts for various websites and platforms.
• Creates wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Presents designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
• Gathers design requirements directly from clients and stakeholders.
• Establishes and promotes design guidelines, best practices, and standards
• Designs creative assets for articles, digital signage, brochures, infographics, and emails.
• Plans site design by clarifying goals and designing functionality.
• Develops site navigation by categorizing content and research, funneling traffic through content.
• Develops site content and graphics by coordinating with copywriters and graphic artists, designing images, icons, banners, and audio enhancements, and researching website trends whenever needed.
• Maintains site appearance by developing and enforcing content and display standards.
• Provides information and stays updated by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends through research.
• Leads in the brainstorming and creation of concepts.
• Other duties as assigned based on department needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Native/Fluent English skills.
• 2-5 years of experience in UI/UX Design.
• Proven & professional experience using Figma.
• Portfolio of UX-driven projects.
• Familiarity with content management systems.
• Bachelor s degree in Animation & Computer Graphics, Computer Science, or a related field.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Familiarity with Adobe suite is preferred.
• Understanding & Familiarity with Drupal & Storybook.
• Basic programming knowledge, including HTML & CSS Experience in using hotjar, clarity, optimalWorkshop, etc..
