Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
User Experience Design
Translate business requirements and user needs into clear user journeys and flows
Conduct basic user research, interviews, or usability reviews when required
Identify usability issues and propose practical design improvements
User Interface Design
Design clean, consistent, and modern user interfaces for web and mobile applications
Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs
Ensure consistency across products using shared design patterns and components
Design Systems and Standards
Contribute to and maintain a design system including colors, typography, components, and layouts
Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards
Collaboration and Handover
Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly
Provide clear design specifications and assets for development handover
Review implemented designs and suggest refinements
Continuous Improvement
Iterate on designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and developers
Stay up to date with UI/UX trends and best practices
Desired Candidate Profile
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or related field
Experience
3 to 6 years of professional UI/UX design experience
Experience designing web and mobile applications
Proven experience working on production digital products
Design Skills
Strong understanding of UX principles, user flows, and usability
Strong UI design skills including layout, typography, color, and spacing
Ability to balance usability, aesthetics, and business needs
Tools
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Experience creating prototypes and interactive designs
