Job Description:
The Senior UX/UI designer will work closely with product managers, developers, and marketers to create user interfaces that not only look great, but are also convenient and functional. Your task is to turn ideas and requirements into high-quality visual solutions, improving the user experience at all stages of development.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and improving UX/UI design for all stages of the product: from concept and prototyping to final implementation.
- Conducting UX research and testing to identify user needs and improve interaction with the product.
- Creating wireframes, prototypes and high-quality interface mockups for mobile and web applications.
- Working with the development team to implement the design, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of the interface.
- Continuously improving the user experience through data analysis, user feedback and testing.
- Supporting the visual identity of the brand in the product design.
- Mentoring for less experienced designers, participating in the development of the team.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a UX/UI designer, of which at least 2 years in a Senior position.
- A portfolio of successful projects, including mobile applications and web products.
- Deep knowledge of design principles, user psychology and UX/UI standards.
- Ability to work with interface design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.).
- Experience in creating prototypes, interactive layouts, and user flows.
- Understanding the basics of front-end development (HTML, CSS) will be a plus.
- Experience in user research and usability testing.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines, attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team and influence results through design.
