Senior UI/UX Designer

The Senior UI/UX Designer will lead the design of user-centered, data-driven experiences across the client s web and mobile products. The role involves close collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, and key stakeholders to translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive, and engaging user experiences.

This position requires strong UX expertise, mature UI design skills, and the ability to balance business objectives with user needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design from research and ideation to wireframes, prototypes, and final designs
• Translate complex product requirements into intuitive and user-friendly experiences
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations
• Create user flows, journey maps, information architecture, and interaction designs
• Design high-fidelity UI screens and interactive prototypes
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams
• Mentor junior designers and provide design direction and constructive feedback
• Maintain and evolve the design system and UX standards
• Advocate user-centered design principles across the organization
• Use analytics and user feedback to continuously improve product usability
