- Lead the design process from concept through execution, ensuring user-centered design principles are applied throughout
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights and validate design decisions, translating findings into actionable design improvements
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas and user flows
- Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms and products
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture within the team
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design to continuously elevate the design quality
- Assess existing user experiences and identify opportunities for enhancements, leading to increased user engagement and satisfaction
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to iterate on designs and continuously improve overall user experience
