Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain WebSphere ND/Base and WebLogic Server (11g/12c/14c). Deploy and manage Java EE applications across environments. Configure and maintain WebSphere MQ, IHS/Apache servers, and plug-ins. Manage clusters, load balancing, and failover setups. Implement JDBC/JMS, connection pools, SSL, and security configurations. Troubleshoot JVM, performance, and deployment issues. Collaborate with DevOps and application teams for smooth deployments. Implement automation using Shell scripting, Ansible, and Jenkins. Perform patching, upgrades, and migration of middleware environments. Document procedures, configurations, and operational standards.

Servers: IBM WebSphere ND/Base, Oracle WebLogic 11g/12c/14c Web Servers: IBM HTTP Server, Apache HTTP Server OS: AIX, Linux, Windows Scripting/Automation: Shell, Ansible, Jenkins, Python Monitoring/Tools: Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk Networking/Security: SSL, LDAP, Load Balancing Certifications (Preferred): IBM Certified Administrator – WebSphere Oracle Certified Professional – WebLogic ITIL Foundation
