Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage on-site structural works for buildings and infrastructure projects.
Review and interpret structural drawings, specifications, and design documents.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and consultants to resolve technical issues.
Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and progress monitoring.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site staff.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and reporting.
Prepare reports on structural progress, site challenges, and recommendations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in structural engineering, with significant on-site construction experience.
Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete, steel structures, and foundation systems.
Proficient in engineering software: AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP2000.
Experience with commercial, residential, or industrial construction projects.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
