An SEO Expert is responsible for managing all search engine optimization activities for a company or client. The role involves developing and implementing strategies to increase a website's visibility on search engine results pages (SERPs), thus improving the quality and quantity of traffic to the site. The SEO Expert must stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices to ensure the effectiveness of their strategies. They work closely with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive SEO efforts. Their goal is to drive more targeted traffic to the website by optimizing content, conducting keyword research, carrying out competitive analysis, and executing both on-page and off-page SEO strategies. Successful candidates in this role will demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions to boost the site s SEO performance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to guide content creators for SEO purposes.
• Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with content creators to optimize copy and landing pages for search engine optimization.
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities.
• Research and analyze competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvements.
• Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
• Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance and recommendations.
• Identify and resolve technical issues that may affect search engine crawling and indexing.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in SEO and major search engine algorithms.
• Implement content optimization techniques to increase organic traffic and ranking.
• Liaise with development teams to incorporate SEO best practices into website architecture.
• Manage off-page SEO strategies, including link-building and social-media engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an SEO Expert or Digital Marketing Specialist.
• In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Demonstrable experience with SEO tools such as
