Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Server
Role:
- Participate in setting up the room and tables before service.
- Assist the Head Waiter in serving food and drinks.
- Clear the tables and ensure they are upright.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the room.
- To provide a fast, efficient and discreet service.
- Greet customers with courtesy and professionalism.
- To be attentive to customer needs and respond to their requests.
- Working in collaboration with the Head Waiter and the kitchen
Qualifications
- Training in the hotel and restaurant industry (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of restaurant service techniques.
- A sense of service and hospitality.
- Dynamism and responsiveness.
- Good presentation.
Additional information
- First experience in the restaurant industry, ideally in a high-end establishment.
- Fluency in French (English is an asset).
