Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with the Workshop GM and second-line team on quarterly insights and strategic analysis.
  • Cascade tactical objectives within their function.
  • Provide customer interaction data to the Business Development Specialist for metrics analysis.
  • Coordinate with Business Development for planning job orders secured from leads.
  • Handle all walk-ins and externally inspect vehicles.
  • Create manual job cards for received vehicles.
  • Initiate job orders through the job card process.
  • Participate in vehicle planning alongside floor supervisors and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure client/principal confirmation before commencing operations.
  • Follow up with operations and customers, gather feedback, and escalate issues to the Workshop GM.
  • Take part in the vehicle conclusion process.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the customer waiting area.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

Knowledge:

  • Advanced understanding of the key market players (insurance companies, corporate clients, B2C segments).
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends at national and international levels.
  • Strong grasp of Fixera processes, with the ability to redesign and improve workflows.

Language Skills:

  • English: Fluent
  • Arabic: Fluent
