Roles & Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
Handle assigned flights efficiently and accurately to meet required deadlines and ensure on-time performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare VIP and private flights based on galley diagrams and instructions.
- Coordinate with production for timely meal delivery.
- Check food, beverages, and equipment for quality and quantity before loading.
- Ensure flight loading meets deadlines.
- Monitor operations and communicate deviations or delays to the Supervisor.
- Maintain service folders, labels, and equipment inventory.
